1. How is shipping calculated?
Domestic and international shipping cost varies, depending on the total weight of the order. You can view shipping cost and information during the checkout process before payment is confirmed.
2. When will my order arrive?
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post using the regular Parcel Post Service. Please allow up 2 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.
New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia post using the Pack and Track International Service. Please allow up 2 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery.
All international orders are shipped via Australia post using either the Pack and Track International Service or Registered Post International Service depending on country. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-14 business days for delivery.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Public Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Big Kid Clothing does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution centre in Sydney, Australia. At this moment we do not offer expedited shipping.
3. How do i track my order?
A Tracking number will be provided to once item(s) have been shipped. The Tracking number can be used to track your order at anytime.
Australia Post regular Parcel Post Service and Pack and Track International Service include a tracking number that tracks your parcel along its journey. Visit http://www.auspost.com.au/track
Unfortunately Registered Post International Services has no tracking capabilities, but does however provide extra security with proof of posting and a signature obtained on delivery.

5. I do not live in the Australia. Can I order online?
Big Kid Clothing provides shipping worldwide, to all countries available as a selection in the country drop box. If your country is not listed as a selection and would like to purchase an item(s) please email email@example.com to arrange alternative delivery options.
International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Big Kid Clothing is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
6. Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
As an additional step to prevent fraud we require that your billing and shipping information should be the same.
7. When are particular items released?
We announce release date through our various social media sites, and the Big Kid Clothing newsletters and website.
Keep up to date on seasonal releases, limited and quick strike releases.
8. Do you re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. Limited releases will not be re-stocked once sold out.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards through our web store.
